BRISTOL, VA. On Friday, July 5, 2019, Madison Humphries of North Carolina was crowned Miss Teen Cosmos United States 2019.

Humphries is a senior at Crest High School where she is 4-year varsity cheerleader and varsity soccer player. She has been nominated all conference and all state in both sports.  Although very active with extracurricular activities and sports, she is also a member of the Beta Club and National Honor Society with a current GPA of 4.325. She is a member of Flint Hill Baptist Church.

Humphries has volunteered with the Children’s Home of Cleveland County, The Sandbox, The Ronald McDonald House and The Charlotte Rescue Mission to name a few. She is a 3-year recipient of the Presidential Service Award for her dedication to community service. She enjoys being a part of the Miss Cosmos United States system because of the strong dedication to community involvement and service.

Humphries will now go on to the Miss Teen Cosmos International Pageant to compete for the international title in Runaway Bay, Jamaica.

In addition to her win, Humphries was awarded a bronze medal in the Presidential Volunteer Service Awards and won State Costume.

Rounding out the Top 4 are:

3rd runner up: Tia Bustamante of Hawaii

2nd runner up: Ashton Bacon representing Sunshine State

1st runner up: Chloe Kasey of South Carolina

Our Photogenic winner is Saumya Garner who represented the Nation’s Capital, and People’s Choice was awarded to Tia Bustamante of Hawaii. Bustamante also won the Optional Talent Competition.

The Optional Runway competition was won by Chloe Kasey of South Carolina, and Miss Congeniality was awarded to Oliva Escalante of Virginia.
